Back to basics in the New Year

Graphic checklist - Plan, Do, Check, Act Health & Safety

The New Year is nearly upon us, and it’s fair to say that many of us will be looking to wrap things up to start things afresh in January. At Armour we’re also trying up loose ends but we’re also putting our plans in place for the next year so we don’t have a huge list of things to attend to in January. The last few years have been a rollercoaster of changes for us all (and not just for Health & Safety!) so now is the perfect time to look ahead to 2023 and refresh and recharge your Health & Safety!

To help you we’ve created a graphic on what to review, and how to approach it.

Now, it’s unlikely that you can get this all completed prior to 2023 – instead, use this to review and schedule in work so that you’re ahead of the curve. For a quick win, consider what training is required (which could be a new course or a refresher update) and get this rolled out; online training is a great option, time-efficient and flexible, they provide the training your employees need with a minimal loss of productivity, at a fantastic price!

Head over to our online-training page to check out the various courses we can provide through our E-Learning partner VideoTile. These courses meet all statutory training requirements and are easy to administer using an online control panel.

To help employers and employees put their best foot forward in the New Year we’re also offering a 20% discount off our standard pricing to non-clients for anyone purchasing courses before January 31st 2023 using offer code Ready2023. Current clients can get in touch with us (either via your dedicated H&S Consultant or by emailing enquiries@armour-risk.co.uk) directly for an additional discount.
