Matthew Ramsey
Matthew is an experienced health and safety professional with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries, where he can bring his former enforcement experience to bear in an engaging and inclusive manner. A highly skilled professional who is adept at managing and improving Health & Safety operations across a range of sectors and industries.
Matt has a Post Graduate Diploma focused on Regulatory Occupational Health and Safety from Warwick University, he is a Chartered Member of IOSH as well as being an approved IOSH trainer. He is also registered as member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

Lewis Preedy
Lewis is an experienced and results-driven Health and Safety Consultant with a proven track record of assisting small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries. Based in Edinburgh, and covering the UK, he provides expert support and guidance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, always with a mind to problem-solving and practical solutions.
He is a member of IOSH and holds a NEBOSH General certificate as well as a fire qualifications With a methodical and proactive approach, he is dedicated to making a positive impact on both employers and employees, fostering a safer work environment for all.

Suzanne Blair
Suzanne is highly experienced IOSH qualified client manager in both the health & safety and HR world. Prior to joining Armour she worked for a wide range of diverse companies across a number of sectors including, hospitality, retail, insurance and other professional service businesses.
Her experience has given her an expert insight into how different companies operate and succeed. With a strong background in customer relations, sales and retention Suzanne keeps her focus on client experience and has a real passion for delivering the highest quality customer support. She supports our clients through their journey with us, always keen to drive our service excellence further and explore opportunities to add value.

Zoe Mackenzie
Zoe is an IOSH-certified Health & Safety Coordinator with over seven years of experience in the health and safety consultancy industry, she plays a pivotal role as the backbone of operations at Armour.
Zoe provides close support to our team of health and safety consultants, coordinating and aiding in the preparation for workplace visits, document reviews, and fire risk assessments for our clients. Beyond her coordination role, she manages back-office operations, overseeing and drafting contracts, finance, inspection software, and internal process control. Her self-motivated and detail-oriented approach ensures a safe and secure work environment for both Armour and our clients.
