Documentation Audits

We’ll review your current health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, policies, incident reporting processes, training records and fire safety arrangements.

Physical Site Inspections

One of our consultants will visit your store or premises to review how health and safety is managed day to day. We’ll look at key risk areas such as fire exits, public access, storage, manual handling and managing customer behaviour.

You’ll receive a prioritised report with clear, practical actions that reflect how your store really operates.

Fire Risk Assessments

Retail premises can face fire risks from stored stock, electrical equipment and customer footfall. We’ll carry out a fire risk assessment that looks at the whole picture, from evacuation plans to signage and maintenance.

Your report will include a full risk rating, clear findings and an action plan that supports compliance and staff safety.

Food Hygiene Assessments

If your retail business includes a café, food display or preparation area, we can assess your food hygiene arrangements.
